Helped shape the strategy for raising donor funds through CSR, preparing presentations and reaching out to around 15 corporates with a target of funding 20 beehives for farmers; also a key member of PAQ for Youth, running school events on why bees matter.
A citizen-science website where divers and vacationers upload geotagged underwater photographs; an underwater colour conversion card anchors the analysis so species can be told apart, building a live database of sightings and migrational patterns.
Decomposed the A4 tone of both instruments into constituent harmonic amplitudes, predicted the combined overtone spectrum accounting for relative phase, and checked the prediction against recorded audio — with applications in additive synthesis and equalisation.
Found the linear relationship between angular speed and string length for a conical pendulum swinging at a constant radius, then used it to tune pendulum wave-energy harvesters to the natural frequency of ocean waves.
Modelled a forewing outline with Lagrange interpolating polynomials, integrated for enclosed area and quantified uncertainty, then applied the model to optimise the weight and cost of flapping-wing robot design.
Quantified how the equilibrium solubility of oxygen in seawater changes with salinity using Winkler's titration, linearised the data with the Setschenow relation and extracted the salting-out constant with propagated uncertainties.
